Developer Projects live under /projects/ — they have a parent developer, Trust Score, amenities, master plan, curated inventory. Individual Land Parcels live under /land/ — raw land, seller-uploaded, buyer takes full responsibility. These are never merged in listing feeds, navigation, or SEO URLs.
Developer Projects have a category (Farmhouse Estate) AND Ideal For tags (up to 10 per listing). Individual Land Parcels have a category (Agricultural Land) AND Ideal For tags. Tags drive discovery across homepage sections, mega menu sub-menus, SEO cluster pages, and the unified search. Investment Profile tags (Group 8) are a separate filter layer from Ideal For use-case tags.
Land parcels use a separate scoring system: Title Clarity, Mutation Status, Encumbrance Certificate, Litigation History, Physical Road Access, Khasra Verification, Water Source. Call it Land Verification Score on all parcel detail pages. Never call it Trust Score — that is reserved for developer-uploaded projects.
During upload, developers and land sellers can select up to 10 tags from Groups 1–7. Investment Profile tags (Group 8) are a separate step — max 3 per listing. Enforce this limit in the upload form to prevent tag spam and maintain filter relevance. Tags drive SEO discovery, so quality matters more than quantity.
Show inventory early (Section 5 — Featured Projects) before showing filters and discovery sections. A buyer who sees a real project card in the first two scrolls converts to browse mode. A buyer who only sees grids and filter chips assumes thin inventory and leaves. Lead with trust and evidence, then open the discovery layer.
Hub (/locations) → State (/locations/rajasthan) → District (/locations/rajasthan/jaipur). Sub-areas (Ajmer Road, Tonk Road, Sector 70 Mohali, etc.) are anchor sections within district pages — never Level 4 URLs. Expressways are filter tags, never page nodes.
The /locations/delhi-ncr/ sub-pages (Sohna, Alwar, etc.) cross-link to the canonical state/district pages and do not duplicate content. Use canonical tags pointing to the state/district URL. The NCR sub-pages exist only to capture "near Delhi" search queries and immediately redirect the buyer to the correct state page with a location context message: "Sohna is in Haryana, 50km from Gurgaon — here's everything verified near Sohna."
